CMAT Exam 2023: National Testing Agency (NTA) has started online registrations for the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2023. Candidates can submit CMAT application form up to March 6th, 5 PM, and pay the application fee till 11:50 pm on cmat.nta.nic.in.

All About CMAT Exam 2023
The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a National Level Entrance Examination for admission to management programmes in the country. This Test facilitates AICTE Affiliated/ Participating Institutions to select suitable graduate candidates for admission to the Management Courses in their Institutions. Till 2018, the Test was conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). NTA has been conducting this Test since 2019.
Marking Scheme:
i) Each question carries 04 (four) marks.
ii) For each correct response, the candidate will get 04 (four) marks.
iii) For each incorrect response, 01 (one) mark will be deducted from the total score.
iv) Un-answered/un-attempted will be given no marks.
v) To answer a question, the candidate needs to choose one option as the correct option.
vi) However, after the process of Challenges of the Answer Key, in case there are multiple correct options or change in key, only those candidates who have attempted it correctly as per the revised Answer key will be awarded marks.
vii) In case a Question is dropped due to some technical error, full marks shall be given to all the candidates irrespective of the fact who have attempted it or not.
CMAT 2023 Exam Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor‟s Degree in any discipline. Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor‟s Degree, whose result will be declared before commencement of admission for academic year 2023-24, can also apply for CMAT-2023.
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- There is no age restriction for appearing in CMAT – 2023.
CMAT 2023 Exam will be conducted by NTA as three hour entrance Examination in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode to evaluate the candidates‟ ability across various segments like Quantitative Technique and Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, General Awareness and Innovation & Entrepreneurship, for admission to the Management Courses in the Academic Session 2023-24.
