B Tech Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech CSE/ B Tech ECE/ B Tech Mechanical/ 5 Year Integrated B.Tech-M.Tech Biotech : Passed XII standard from any recognised Education Board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and obtained minimum 60% marks along with any other third subject OR IB Board with minimum score of 24.
- B.Tech Physics: Passed XII standard from any recognised Education Board with Physics and Biology/Biotechnology/Botany/Zoology as compulsory subjects and obtained minimum 60% marks along with any other third subject OR IB Board with minimum score of 24.
