BITS School of Management (BITSoM), Mumbai, has concluded summer internship placement (SIP) for its MBA batch of 2023-25.
IIM Lucknow Summer Placements 2023 – 2025 Batch
The students bagged internship opportunities from leading companies at a median stipend of Rs 2 lakh. BITSoM hosted 55 companies in all during this current summer internship placement cycle. A majority of the 131 students who participated in the placement were placed through the campus process while 22 students proactively found their own internships, the institute said in a release.

- The overall average of the cohort stands at Rs. 1.75 lakh
- The top 10% of the class has an average stipend of Rs. 3.42 lakh
- The top 30% has secured an average stipend of Rs. 3.06 lakh.
- The top half of the class has an average stipend of Rs. 2.70 lakh.

The list of recruiters includes McKinsey & Co, EY, PwC, Gartner, banking and financial services companies like JP Morgan Chase & Co, HDFC Bank, IDFC First Bank, Axis Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential AMC, Quantum AMC, Cervin Ventures, and Avista Advisory.
Prof. (Dr. ) Saravanan Kesavan, Dean and Professor of Operations at BITSoM, reportedly said “While economic conditions have been less than ideal this year, our industry partnership and career services team made extraordinary efforts to create opportunities for every student who participated in the Summer Internship Placement (SIP) process”.
Average Stipend offered for 1st batch at BITSoM is 2.61 Lac for 2 Month
According to the institute, students also bagged offers from conglomerates and FMCG/FMCD organizations including Tata Sons, Aditya Birla Group, Hindustan Unilever, Britannia, Nivea, Pidilite, Jubilant Foodworks, Pernod Ricard, Signify, and Tata Consumer. “Ecommerce, IT and telecom companies such as Flipkart, BigBasket, Vodafone Idea, Flex, Merilytics, Fanplay IOT, and Arka Energy, from the sustainable energy sector also made offers,” it said.
