CIMP PGDM Admission 2023: Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP) opens application for its 2 year full-time PGDM program & Post-Graduate Programme in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Venture Development (IEV)  for the batch 2023 -25. The institute follows a reservation policy as prescribed by the Government of Bihar for educational institutions. Last date to apply is Dec 15, 2022.

The break-up of reservation policy is as follows: Scheduled Castes – 16%; Scheduled Tribes – 01%; Extremely Backward Class – 18%; Backward Class – 12%, Women of Backward Class – 3%.  Amongst all the categories, 50% of the total seats would be reserved for students who qualify as a Domicile of Bihar (permanent residents only) and 4% of the total seats for Persons with Disability (PWD).

Eligibility Criteria :

• Minimum 3-year Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST PWD candidates) in aggregate from a recognized University/Institute by UGC/ AICTE.Students appearing for their final year degree examination may also apply.
• Valid score in CAT 2022, XAT 2023, MAT 2022 & 2023 and CMAT 2023

About CIMP: Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP) has been established as an autonomous institution, with active support from the Government of Bihar. The institute was established with the objective of contributing substantially to the academic and development credentials of Bihar, while fulfilling the primary role of training students to become effective managers. CIMP offers a two-year full-time, AICTE approved Post Graduate Diploma in Management. The institute follows most of the practices, systems and processes of leading management institutes in India.

Cost of an Application Form is Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500/- for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Differently Abled (DA)* candidates).

Fact Files:

• Shortlisting of the candidates will be done on the basis of Test scores (CAT 2022, XAT 2023, MAT 2022 & 2023 and CMAT 2023) and criteria like the previous academic record and relevant work experience.
• Shortlisted candidates would be called to attend a Writing Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI) during March 2023 (tentatively). Applicants will be informed about the GD / PI schedule through emails/phone.
• The final merit list would be prepared after considering weighted scores of various components like the Academic record, Test score, Work experience, and Performance in Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion & Personal Interview. Final offer of admission would be declared in the third week of April 2023. Candidates will be notified by courier/speed post/registered post/e-mails.
