HPS-Ramanthapur plans for a grand closing ceremony for its year-long Golden Jubilee Celebrations at its campus on 17th December Sunday.
The Special Chief Secretary, MA & UD, Govt of Telangana, Sri Arvind Kumar will be the Chief Guest. Mr Adivi Sesh, an actor, director and screenwriter will be the guest of honour for the closing ceremony. A musical extravaganza, The Humanoid, a magnificent tale of time travel by its student is planned. HPSR’-22 Humanoid will take you on an enthralling and educative Tie Travel, from a memorable past to a significant future, said the school in a communication released to the media on Thursday
The school is also bringing out a Coffee Table book to mark the occasion. About 5000 people are expected to take part in the Golden Jubilee Closing Ceremony.
The then Vice President of India Shri Venkaiah Naidu, flagged off the Golden Jubilee Celebrations in July last year. Since then, the 50 years of the glorious journey was celebrated with a series of programs of interest to the stakeholders, as well as to mark the occasion and remember for years.
During the year-long celebrations, high achievers of the school were recognized. An HPS carnival was held. Around 6000 people attended it. A Navarasa Nrityotsav, a National Inter School Dance competition was held. 69 participants from across India participated. An all-India IPSC Cricket Tournament for those Under 17 was held.
