All the 20 IIMs have different fee structures which range between INR 11 lac to INR 28 lac for the full-time MBA or PGP or PGPM programmes with different specializations that each offers. During the early days of pandemic and lockdown in 2020, MHRD directed all management institutes under AICTE not to increase the tuition fees to reduce burden on students. While the private institutes rolled back the tuition fees to the old fees (2019 batch) according to the AICTE guidelines, the IIMs and other private B Schools under the umbrella of Deemed Universities apparently went ahead with the increased fees (as they did not fall under AICTE).
IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore and IIM Calcutta increased the tuition fees for the batch 2021-23.
Check fee structure –
- IIM Ahmedabad increased PGP programme fees by INR 5 lac from INR 23 lac to 28 lac.

- IIM Lucknow increased MBA program fees by INR 5.5 lac from INR 14 lacs to 19.5 lacs;
