The program, held from November 27th to December 2nd, 2023, aimed to equip participants with essential skills encompassing strategic thinking, team-building, financial acumen, and broader aspects of general management. The comprehensive initiative saw active participation from 24 individuals, ranging from Superintendent Engineers to the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO).
