Consulting firms — Accenture, Deloitte India, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC), and McKinsey and Company emerged as top recruiters at the final placements for the batch of 2021-23 of the Post-Graduate Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIM-L).

IIM L concludes summer placement for 2021-23 Batch
The highest domestic salary offer was Rs 55 lakh per annum, a dip of Rs 3 lakh from last year while the highest international salary offer stood at Rs 65 lakh per annum, a rise of Rs 4 lakh from last year. The placement report shows consulting firm Accenture making highest of 36 offers. With 24 offers, BCG became the second top recruiter at IIM-L. Another consulting firm, Deloitte and PwC made 22 offers each followed by McKinsey & Company that made 18 offers. In all, 632 offers were made for 556 students.
A press communique from IIM-L said, the institute secured 100% placements for the largest batch in the history of its 37-year legacy. It also achieved the highest ever average CTC of Rs 32.2 lakh per annum.
