IIM Lucknow SIP Report 2023 batch: The Indian Institute of Management-Lucknow (IIM L) has recorded 100% percent summer placements by securing 567 offers for its 37th batch of 562 students of postgraduate in management (PGP) and 18th batch of PGP in agri-business management (PGP-ABM) students.
According to a report published in the Times of India (TOI), IIM-Lucknow witnessed an increase of 36% in its latest summer placement process. The highest stipend stood at Rs 3.4 lakh per month while the average package offered was Rs 1.3 lakh per month, recording an increase of 18 percent.

Meanwhile, 4% of students got a stipend of Rs 1.5 lakh and above whereas the median stipend stood at Rs 1.2 lakh per month, TOI revealed in its report.

Roles across various sectors, including IT/analytics, Finance, Consulting, General Management, marketing and operations were offered to the students by the top recruiters from across the country.

Over 140 recruiters, including many new ones, participated in the recruitment process.
Notably, the first-time recruiters included Air Asia, Alliance Bernstein, Arthur D Little, Barclays, Atlassian, CDC Group and Kimberly Clark.
