During the Placement Season 2022-2023, 224 students received 243 offers from more than 125 organizations. The average Cost to Company (CTC) offered to the batch saw a 13% increase from the previous placement 2020 – 22 batch. A total of 16 students from IIM Sirmaur received international job offers from leading multinationals and FMCG companies. Apart from FMCG, the placement drive witnessed participation from manufacturing, consulting, ed-tech, HR, tourism, e-commerce and logistics among others.
