IIM Trichy SIP Report : Indian Institute of Management Trichy (IIM T) has announced the successful completion of the summer placement process for the academic year 2020-21 (Batch of 2020-22) of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management and Post Graduate Program in HR (PGP HR).
- The average stipend is INR 85,377 for PGPM & 45,379 for PGP HR
- highest domestic stipend is INR 2,50,000 for PGPM & 1,00,000 for PGP HR.
The top ten percentile of the PGP students secured an average stipend of INR 2,19,047 ; the top 20 percentile secured an average of INR 1,77,337 and the respective figures for PGP HR stand at INR 86,667 and INR 71,667 respectively.
Top recruiters: The campus saw participation from regular recruiters such as Avalon Consulting, Deloitte, Godrej, Saint Gobain, BPCL, TAFE, Yes Bank, NatWest, JP Morgan Chase, Ultratech, Microsoft and participation from new recruiters such as McKinsey & Co, BNY Mellon, Adobe, Apollo Tyres, Mphasis, TVS Group and Murugappa Group offering coveted profiles across various domains.
A total of 95 companies participated in the placement process offering 210 roles across various domains of sales marketing, finance, general management, strategy, consulting, operations, and 29 roles in HR.
