The Entrepreneurship Awareness Drive (EAD) is an all-India campaign to connect with colleges across various cities across India and encourage entrepreneurial spirit in students. EAD was launched in 2009 and has expanded to such a degree that it has made a profound impact on the ecosystem of entrepreneurs. Interested candidates can register at https://ead.ecell-iitkgp.org/
EAD will include seminars and guest lectures featuring eminent and successful business tycoons, entrepreneurs and business leaders. Students will have the opportunity to interact with the experts and ask their opinions on different aspects of the business. In EAD, students are introduced to the options of startup models, business models and the tools that can be used effectively as the basis of their path to becoming an entrepreneur.
In this year’s edition of EAD, the EAD team will cover more than 24 cities across the nation. Some of the notable speakers are Swamy Seetharaman, CRED’s head ( Engineering and Data) of CRED; Amod Malviya, co-founder of Udaan, Ajay Jaiswal, the founder and CEO of Pesto, Mikhil Innani, CEO of Apollo Finvest and co-founder of Pharmeasy, Harshil Karia, the founder of Schbang, Kanav Hasija, co-founder of InnovAccer.
