M Tech Eligibility
- Regular Candidates: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or a Master’s degree in relevant Sciences with at least 60% marks (6.0 CGPA) and a valid GATE score (2024, 2025, or 2026).
- IIT Graduates: B.Tech students from any IIT with a CGPA of 8.0 or higher are eligible for direct admission and a waiver of the GATE requirement.
- Application Fee: ₹200 for General/EWS/OBC; ₹100 for SC/ST/PwD/Female candidates.

- Institute Portal: Register and apply via the IIT Mandi OAS Portal.
- COAP Portal: Register on the Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) 2026. You cannot receive or accept admission offers without a valid COAP ID.
