IIT Patna Placement 2022 Update: There has been a huge jump in placement offers at IIT Patna as compared to last year. 252 students who graduated in the 2022 batch got job offers in the first phase. Last year, only 96 students were offered jobs by different companies.
IIT Kharagpur Placement 2021. Highest Salary 2.4 Crore
9 students bagged an annual package of 61 lakhs. This offer has been given by Oracle, a US-based multinational computer technology corporation. At the same time, 6 students were offered the second biggest job offer from Atlassian at 57.4 lakhs per annum (LPA). MTX has offered Rs 51.1 lakhs per annum to one student, Rs 48 lakhs per annum by Adobe India to 9 students and Rs 46.5 lakhs per annum by Google India to 10 students. On the other hand, Accenture Japan has offered Rs 47.9 lakh per annum to three students each.
IIT placement 2022 season starts with a bang
Kripa Shankar Singh, Training and Placement Officer, IIT-Patna said that altogether there are 46 offers that have received a salary package of more than Rs 40 lakh. At the same time, 68 have been given a salary package of more than Rs 30 lakh. An official of IIT Patna said that this is an important achievement for the institute amid the Kovid crisis. This time due to the pandemic the placement drive was conducted in virtual mode.

According to IIT Patna, the highest domestic package of Rs 61.3 lakh per annum is offered to 9 students each from the firm Oracle, and highest international package offered is Rs 47.9 lakh to three students from Accenture Japan. “Other highest domestic packages include Atlassian offering Rs 57.4 LPA to 6 students.
VIT B. Tech Placement Report 2022
Till Dec 1st week, a total of 87 companies belonging to Software and IT, Finance and Banking, Analytics and Consulting, Core Engineering, E-commerce, Automobile, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Health care have recruited students for various profiles. Over 30 new companies have participated in the campus recruitment for the first time with Zomato, Plutus Research, Oyo Rooms, Texas Instruments, Housing.com, Tata Electronics, Netapp, Unacademy, Searce, Flipkart, Qualcomm, Paytm, Tata Digital, Sterlite Technologies being the few of them.
So far, over 78% of BTech and 40% of MTech students have been placed. “In BTech, the department of Computer Science and Engineering topped in the list with 96% placements followed by Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Chemical Engineering,” it added.
