The Inaugural programme commenced with the auspicious lamp lighting ceremony. The occasion was duly graced by respected Chief Guest Shri Abhishek Tiwary, SHRM-SCP, GPHR (Global Head, Tech Mahindra) and eminent Guest of Honour Shri Dwarakanath Patnam Former Chairman-GSK Consumer Healthcare Ltd., along with the respected Faculty and incoming students.
The students immersed themselves in this opportunity to gain pearls of wisdom shared by these eminent dignitaries & faculty. Prof. Dr. Chinmaya Kulshrestha, Lead EGP & Lead (Marketing), aptly cited a quote by a famous Canadian-American author, Mr. Brian Tracy “Those people who develop the ability to continuously acquire new and better forms of knowledge that they can apply to their work and to their lives will be the movers and shakers in our society for the indefinite future.” Further, emphasizing upon the power of dreams & goals in life, Prof. (Dr.) Sumita Rai, Dean (Industry Connect), cited a quote by respected Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam “A dream 
is not that which you see while sleeping, it is something that does not let you sleep.”
This fervour was deeply resonated by all the students. Respected Acting Director, Prof. Sangeeta Shah Bhardwaj, encouraged the scholars to learn beyond classrooms & utilize the state-of-the-art Library. With pride, she shared with the participants about the alumni-managed platform of Megaminds and the success the founders & start-ups witnessed in the last couple of years, all owing to their relentless efforts.
