PGDM IB: The PGDM-IB is a dual degree programme delivered in India and Europe. Students spend two 10-week terms at MDI Gurgaon, before traveling to one of the 6 allocated locations of ESCP’s Paris, Berlin, Madrid, Turin, Warsaw and London campuses for two semesters.

Eligibility for PGDM, PGDM HRM & Business Analytics:

•   The candidates must have 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in both class X and XII.
•   The candidate must have minimum 3-year Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared as deemed to be University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
•   A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent. Candidates appearing for the final examination for the Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent examination) and completing all requirements for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree by 30th June, 2024 can also apply, subject to furnishing evidence to that effect latest by 31st October, 2024; otherwise, they may be asked to withdraw from the programme.
•   In addition to the above requirements candidates applying to PGDM-IB must have a minimum of 1 year (one year) post-qualification work experience as on 31st January 2024 after completing 4-year’s Bachelor’s degree.

MDI Placements 2023. PGDM, PGDM IB & HRM

 Eligibility for PGDM – IB

PGDM – IB is a twinning programme in collaboration with ESCP Europe. On successful completion of PGDM – IB, students will be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Management-International Business (PGDM-IB) from MDI Gurgaon and MiM (Masters in Management) from ESCP Europe.

 At least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in both class X and XII.

• Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum 4 years duration), with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any University recognized by the AICTE/AIU/ Ministry of HRD, Government of India1. 
•   Applicants to the PGDM-IB programme must possess a minimum of 1 year (one year) work experience as on 31st January 2024, after completion of a Bachelor’s degree of admissible duration for the programme.

The basis for computing the percentage obtained by the candidate would be based on the practice followed by the university/ institution/board from where the candidate has obtained the degree/certificate. In case of the candidates being awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the equivalence would be based on the equivalence certified by the university/ institution/board from where they have obtained bachelor’s degree/certificate. In case the university/ institution /board does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by MDI by dividing obtained CGPA(X) with the maximum CGPA(Y) and multiplying fraction so obtained by 100 (Z). e.g. (X)/(Y))*100.

MDI Selection process: Shortlisting of candidates for the GDPI process will be done on the basis of the details provided in the application form and their CAT or GMAT scores. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interviews between February and April 2024 at a center in one of the following cities: Bangalore, Gurugram, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai. Centers other than Gurugram are tentative. 

MDI Application Fees:

• Application Fee: Rs. 3000 +18% GST 
• Candidates applying for both MDI-G and MDI-M have to make an online payment of Rs. 3590 (Rupees three thousand five hundred ninety only) inclusive of 18% GST.
• NRI Candidates for MDI Gurgaon and Foreign Nationals/ Gulf Quota/ OCI candidates for MDI Murshidabad will have to make an online payment of Rs. 8496 (Rupees eight thousand four hundred ninety six only) inclusive of 18% GST.

MDI Final Placement 2023: Management Development Institute, Gurgaon (MDI G) released the final placement for the PGDM (PGDM, PGDM HRM, & PGDM IB) Batch 2021 – 23. For the batch 2020 – 22, the highest salary offered was Rs. 1.14 Crores. 

As per the reports, the highest package for the MDI Gurgaon placements 2023 is 60 LPA. While the average package for the different courses of PGDM HRM, PGDM were Rs. 26.42 LPA, Rs. 27.67 LPA respectively. The average SIP For the HRM Batch is Rs. 2.56 Lakh.

MDI G SIP Report 2022-24 Batch: MDI Gurgaon was the second B School after FMS Delhi to have declared the Summer Internships Placements (SIP) status for Batch 2022-24. The average SIP offered is Rs. 2.85 lakh and the highest SIP offered is Rs. 4 Lakh.

MDI Gurgaon offers scholarships to 20 students of current batch 100% tuition fees waiver: Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon, the premiere management institute of the country, offered scholarships to the current batch of management students (2022-23) which includes 100% waiver in tuition fees for the complete program. This year 20 students are recipients of this merit cum means scholarship.  

MDI Gurgaon gives merit cum need-based scholarships up to a maximum of 5% of approved intake students in the first year of the PGDM Programme and  PGDM-HRM Programme. The students are required to produce any of the following certificates issued during the year of application at the time of applying to the programme to be considered for the TFW Scheme:

1. Family income certificate issued by any Govt. revenue authority (family income is up to Rs. 8.00  Lacs per annum)
2. Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate
3. Non-Creamy Layer certificate issued by a Govt. body.
