MICA Placement 2022: MICA has announced a 100% placement record for the 27th batch PGDM-Communications. According to the official release, MICA Placements 2022 saw a 35% increase in the average package provided to students.

MICA stated that the highest domestic package was INR 57.51 lakh (CTC) per annum, representing a 16 percent increase since 2021. According to the official release, the average CTC increased from INR 14 lakhs to INR 19 lakhs, with the average CTC of the top 50% of students standing at INR 24.15 lakhs.

Despite the ongoing pandemic, the MICA placement process has seen an increase in the number of new recruiters. Approximately 77 companies collaborated with MICA, and approximately 208 students received job offers.

IT/ITES sector made 94 offers, followed by Analytics and Consulting with 39 offers, Media and Advertising with 27 offers, and FMCG with 25 offers.
MICA Placements 2022 witnessed participation of recruiters such as Amazon, Amul, Deloitte, Tata Steel, Flipkart, Google, Hero Motocorp, ICICI Bank, ITC, Loreal, Royal Enfield, Tata Consumer Products, Titan, The Coca Cola Company, Microsoft, Accenture S&C, 4700 BC, Paytm, Schindler, Gartner, and Wipro.
