National Law University, Delhi, opens applications for its 5 year BA LLB program. The premier Law University established in the capital city of India in 2008 invites applications for admission to B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M., and Ph.D. Programs for the Academic Year 2020-21 commencing from August 2020. All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2020 shall be conducted by NLU on May 03, 2020, and the application form to apply for the same is available at www.nludelhi.ac.in. The last date to apply is April 08, 2020.
The exam is held in offline mode at the national level in 5 years B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M., and Ph.D. Program.

B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) 5 years Programme Eligibility: Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 System) or Equivalent Examination with 50% marks. The candidates appearing in the 12th standard examination in March/April, 2020 can also apply. Total Seats: 110+10 [110 Seats on merit through All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) and 10 Seats for direct admission to Foreign Nationals on merit (5 seats for Foreign Nationals & 5 seats for OCI/PIO)]. Foreign Nationals are exempted from AILET. Foreign Nationals to be eligible should have obtained 65% marks in the qualifying examination.
LL.M – 1-Year Programme Eligibility: LL.B. or an Equivalent Law Degree with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disabilities). The candidates appearing in final year LL.B. Examination in April/May, 2020 can also apply.
Total Seats: 70+10 [70 Seats on merit through All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) and 10 Seats for direct admission to Foreign Nationals on merit (5 seats for Foreign Nationals & 5 seats for OCI/PIO)]. Foreign Nationals are exempted from AILET (Total number of seats may vary) Reservation: 50% seats are reserved for students of Delhi.
Ph.D.-Programme Eligibility: LL.M. Degree with 55% Marks or its Equivalent (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disabilities).
Application Fees: INR 3050.00 for Unreserved /OBC/SC/ST/EWS/Foreign Nationals/Kashmiri Migrants/Resident of Jammu & Kashmir.
INR 1050 for SC/ST and Persons with Disability (PwD).
Tuition Fees: INR 85,000.00 per annum.
Foreign Nationals: The annual tuition fee shall be in Indian Rupees equivalent to 5,000 (Five Thousand Only) US Dollars for candidates from SAARC countries and 10,000 (Ten Thousand Only) US Dollars from other countries. Other fees will be same as applicable to Indian students.
