XLRI Admission 2025 :XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s premier and oldest B-schools opened an application for Post Graduate Diploma in Management General Management (PGDM GM) Programme for the batch 2025. Candidates can apply online. The PGDM (GM) program at XLRI is designed for executives with a minimum of five years of experience. It aims to equip them with advanced managerial skills and strategic thinking capabilities. The curriculum is comprehensive, covering core management disciplines such as finance, marketing, operations, and human resources, alongside specialised modules that reflect current industry trends and challenges.

XLRI Eligibility:
- Candidates must possess a recognized bachelor’s degree of at least three years in any discipline.
- Additionally, they should have a minimum of five years of managerial or supervisory experience by March 31, 2025. Applicants may submit GMAT or GRE scores taken between December 1, 2021, and December 31, 2024.
- Please note that XAT 2025 scores will also be accepted for this program. However, the XAT exam is scheduled for January 5, 2025, and requires a separate registration.

XLRI Selection Criteria
- Stage 1 – Applying through GMAT/GRE/XAT> Stage 2 – Shortlisting of Candidates> Stage 3 – Interview > Stage 4 – Result Announcement.
- Candidates may apply for more than one programme. Those who apply for multiple programmes may be called for multiple interviews and/or group discussions.
- The selection criteria for different programmes may differ depending on the nature of the programme. XAT written test will have multiple components and you need to maximise your performance in each of these components.
- In its pursuit of academic excellence, XLRI actively encourages the students from diverse backgrounds. While preparing the shortlisted candidates for the interview, in addition to
- XAT performance, we may factor in academic ability and the relevant work experience. Besides performance in the personal interviews (and/or group discussions) we also consider XAT performance, relevant work experience, academic ability, extra-curricular activities etc. while preparing the final list.
- For candidates who cannot be present physically for the XLRI interviews due to their being out of the country, interviews would be carried out in online mode via Internet only for PGDM (GM).
- The last date to apply for GMP through XAT is November 30, 2024 and through GMAT/GRE is December 31, 2024.
- The interviews for GMP will be conducted in multiple rounds.
