Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree of 3 years in any discipline required for most programs
- Minimum of 50% marks in Bachelor’s
- Most programs accept XAT scores. Some programs may accept GMAT or GRE scores
- Some programs require work experience for eligibility or preference.

- Complete the XLRI Application form which is usually available through XLRI website or XAT Portal
- Pay the required fee.
- For Indians the fee is Rs. 2200 with an additional Rs. 200 for each XLRI program.
- NRIs and Foreign Candidates need to pay Rs. 5000.
- If applying through GMAT/GRE, candidate need to pay Rs. 2500
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on their XAT/GMAT/GRE scores and other factors.

A total of 591 students from the Jamshedpur and Delhi NCR campuses participated in the placement process, with 172 recruiters extending over 600 job offers, including two international placements.
The consulting, BFSI, and sales & marketing sectors emerged as the top recruiting domains. Leading firms such as Accenture Strategy, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), EY Parthenon, PwC India, Reliance, and Kotak Mahindra Bank were among the highest recruiters.
