XLRI Delhi Placement 2022: XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Delhi situated in the outskirts of Gurgaon, has successfully achieved 100% placements for the outgoing batch of 2020-22. The 427 candidates, which include 71 students from the first-ever batch of XLRI Delhi-NCR, received offers for the flagship programs – Two-year Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDM HR) and Business Management (PGDM BM) offered by Jamshedpur campus and PGDM BM offered by XLRI Delhi NCR campus.
XLRI Delhi completed final placements for the PGDM BM Batch 2020-22 with highest salary of INR 49 Lakh per annum and average salary of INR 27.5 Lakh per annum.

- The average salary for the first batch of 71 students was INR 27.58 lakhs per annum
- The median salary offered to the batch stood at INR 25.25 lakhs per annum with the top 10th and 50th percentile average being INR 45.3 lakhs and INR 32.37 lakhs per annum, respectively
- Highest domestic offer at INR 49 lakhs per annum.
- The top domains based on the roles offered were Consulting, Sales & Marketing.

Consulting
XLRI continued to be the destination of choice for consulting firms such as Accenture Strategy, Deloitte, PwC, and others. The increase in consulting roles can be attributed to a higher number of candidates opting for these roles and the recognition of the talent pool at XLRI by these consulting firms, accentuated by our pedagogic rigour. The increased interest is also attributable to the established track record of XLRI graduates over the years in prestigious management consulting firms in India and abroad.
ITES, E-commerce, Gaming and Online Services
With the adoption of technology and accelerated digitization induced by subsequent waves of the pandemic, there was a major uptick in hiring by this sector in Product Management & Programme Management roles. Major recruiters included Amazon, PayTM, Microsoft, Flipkart, Myntra, PhonePe, Star Disney, Jio Platforms, Times Internet, Vodafone Idea, Info Edge, Fraazo and Swiggy. Gaming companies such as Junglee Games and Games 24×7 hired at XLRI for the first time.
General Management, FMCG, BFSI & Real Estate
Roles in General Management were offered by Aditya Birla Group, Adani and Bajaj Finserv. Top recruiters such as Dabur, Samsung, Beam Suntory, Brane, Thermofisher etc participated in the process. Real estate developers such as M3M visited XLRI for the first time. Roles in Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Product Supply, Operations and IT were offered to the graduating students.
