XLRI Delhi SIP Report: The second batch of XLRI – Xavier School of Management – Delhi NCR campus, successfully completed the Summer Internship Placement Process (SIP). The 107 students (2021-23 batch) of XLRI Delhi-NCR achieved a 100% placement record.

The summer internship process turned out to be a great success despite the slower economy and being a new campus. The batch bagged an average stipend of 2.24 lakhs for two months and a median stipend of 2.2 lakhs for two months, a remarkable increase of 47% and 46% respectively over the last year. The stipend of the top 50% of the Delhi-NCR batch stood at 2.56 lakhs for 2 months, while the top 20% bagged an average stipend of 3 lakhs for 2 months.
