An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Dr. Luthra brings over 30 years of rich experience spanning higher education, strategic business leadership, global partnerships, institutional growth, and organizational transformation. Prior to joining MIT Vishwaprayaag University, he held key academic and leadership roles at distinguished institutions, including Karnavati University and Lovely Professional University, where he spearheaded initiatives in curriculum redesign, faculty development, corporate tie-ups, and student employability.

In his role as Dean, Dr. Luthra will focus on strengthening the School of Business by introducing industry-aligned curricula, promoting experiential learning, and deepening corporate engagement to build a future-ready talent pipeline.
