About 82,486 students will be awarded degrees for the academic year 2016-17 during 7th convocation ceremony of the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH) on Wednesday. A total of 82,486 undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate degrees were awarded for the academic year 2016-17. These include 54,580 degrees for B Tech alone, 3,502 degrees for B Pharm and 8,518 degrees for MBA. A total of 7,558 degrees were awarded to M Tech students and 1,934 degrees to M Pharm students. In just a little over two days, IIM Calcutta has completed its final placement process for the Batch of 2018. Over 130 firms across different sectors were part of the recruitment process and a total of 481 offers were made to the students.
