Dr. (Fr.) K.S. Casimir, S.J. takes over XLRI Delhi as Director.
Fr. S George, S J, leaves Delhi and is now the Director of XLRI Jamshedpur.
Fr. S George, S J, who was earlier heading the XLRI Delhi campus in Jhajjar, has taken over as the Director of XLRI Jamshedpur. He succeeded Fr. Paul Fernandes. An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Fr. Sebastian George, S.J. (1996 Batch) was previously the director of XLRI Delhi-NCR and has over 14 years of experience in management education in different fields of OB Area like Individual Behavior in Organizations, Transformational Leadership, Managerial Counseling, etc.
His research interests are in the area of leadership and personnel effectiveness. He has worked for the Xaviers fraternity for many years in various capacities.
Dr. K.S. Casimir, S.J. assumed the mantle of leadership as the Director of XLR Delhi taking charge from the former.
Dr. K.S. Casimir, who is a Ph.D. from NIT Warangal, has been in higher education for over two and a half decades and brings his rich and varied experience both in academics and administration. Earlier he was the Principal, Secretary and Head of Loyola Academy Junior, Degree and PG Colleges, Secunderabad.
XLRI Jamshedpur also announced the name of Prof. Sanjay Patro as the new Dean, Academics at XLRI Jamshedpur and Prof. Rajeev Roy as the new Dean, Academics at XLRI Delhi.
Prof. Sanjay succeeded Prof. Ashish K Pani, who has shouldered the Dean of Academics responsibility for the last six years at Jamshedpur. Prof. Sanjay Patro, has been associated with XLRI Jamshedpur since the last 25 years as a Professor of Marketing. His areas of teaching, research and consulting include: product management, brand management, strategic planning, business development, marketing strategy and research.
While Prof. Rajeev Roy, Dean Academics at XLRI Delhi, comes with a strong corporate background who has been an entrepreneurship evangelist and start-up mentor. He has also been involved with varied entrepreneurship development activities with governments, educational institutions, incubators and accelerators in several geographies across North & South America and Asia.
XLRI Delhi Placement 2022: XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Delhi situated in the outskirts of Gurgaon, has successfully achieved 100% placements for the outgoing batch of 2020-22. The 427 candidates, which include 71 students from the first-ever batch of XLRI Delhi-NCR, received offers for the flagship programs – Two-year Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDM HR) and Business Management (PGDM BM) offered by Jamshedpur campus and PGDM BM offered by XLRI Delhi campus.
XLRI Delhi completed final placements for the PGDM BM Batch 2020-22 with highest salary of INR 49 Lakh per annum and average salary of INR 27.5 Lakh per annum.
