GIM Goa Placement 2024: The Goa Institute of Management’s, (GIM), new PGDM program in BIFS has achieved 29% pre-placement offers (PPOs) across diverse sectors, including financial services, banking, FinTech, credit rating, consulting, energy, and IT. The graduating class of BIFS 2024 has 46% of students from commerce backgrounds, 25% from engineering, 15% from management, and 13% from science and arts backgrounds.

BFSI Programme : 61 companies participated in recruitment, including major names like HDFC Bank, CRIF, HSBC, Kellogg’s, NatWest, Standard Chartered, EXL, Tata Advance System Limited, NetApp, JP Morgan, BNY Mellon, Phillips, Latent View, Lowes, Adani, and EY, offering roles such as Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Consultant, Business Analyst, Management Trainee, Product Manager/Owner, Financial Analyst, and Data Analyst.
HCM programme : 22 companies visited the campus, recruiting 47 students who secured placements across 
various sectors such as medical devices, consulting, health IT, and insurance sectors. Top 10% secured salaries of 26.5 LPA, the top 20% at 21.5 LPA, and the top 50% at 16.7 LPA. Similarly, in the PGDM program, the top 10% earned 22.3 LPA, the top 20% at 20.7 LPA, and the top 50% at 18.6 LPA, with an average of 16.7 LPA for the top 100 students. HDM’s gender diversity had significant female representation, with 65% of the batch being female.

BIFS Programme : saw the top 10% achieving 19.9 LPA, the top 20% at 18.6 LPA, and the top 50% at 17.1 LPA. Major recruiters included Johnson & Johnson, Philips, Zimmer, LEK Consulting, Dr Lal Pathlabs, Syneos, Sagility, Biorad Medisys, Zydus, HCL, Deloitte, and Digit Insurance.
Business Data Analytics (BDA) program : salaries for the top 10% were 21.7 LPA, 21.2 LPA for the top 20%, and 18.3 LPA for the top 50%.
