Program Structure & Delivery
- Online Component (60%): Interactive, live weekend sessions conducted via advanced digital communication platforms.
- Offline Component (40%): In-person classroom teaching and campus immersion modules held at the campus, facilitating high-impact networking and peer learning.
Executive MBA Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Background: A bachelor’s degree recognized by UGC/AIU with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (47% for NC-OBC/EWS and 45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of continuous, full-time managerial, entrepreneurial, or professional work experience acquired after graduation.
Executive MBA Selection Process:
- Entrance Exam: Candidates must possess a valid CAT or GMAT score (from the previous two years). Alternatively, applicants who do not have these scores can appear for the Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT 2026) conducted directly by IIM Kashipur.
- Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview round to assess their professional alignment, leadership potential, and communication skills.
- Final Merit List: The final admission selection is calculated based on a weighted matrix factoring in the Entrance Test score (CAT/GMAT/EMAT), academic history, diversity markers, and PI performance.
