IIM Shillong Placement 2022: IIM Shillong successfully completed its final placements for the batch 2020-22, witnessing participation from 70 plus recruiters. The institute achieved a 100% placement record for the largest batch since its inception.

The average CTC of the batch stood at Rs 23.10 lakh per annum. The median CTC for the batch increased by 27.35% to Rs 22.28 lakh. Compared to last year, the average CTC of the top 10% batch was Rs 33.18 lakh, while the average CTC for the top 20% batch stood at Rs 31.31 lakh. Additionally, the average CTC for the top 50% batch increased by 16.08% to Rs 26.95 lakh. The highest CTC shot up by 72.56% to Rs 55.22 lakh.
