Eligibility Criteria & Target Audience
- Category 1 (Enrolled Students): Candidates currently studying in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of B.Tech/B.Arch or any semester of M.Tech/M.Arch at Partnering Technical Institutions (PTIs) holding an active Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IIM Visakhapatnam.
- Category 2 (Recent Graduates): Alumni who completed B.Tech, B.Arch, M.Tech, or M.Arch degrees in 2025 or 2026 from any Centrally Funded Technical Institution (CFTI) or Institution of National Importance (INI) nationwide (MoU not required).

Minimum Academic Thresholds: Applicants must satisfy the minimum required aggregate percentage or equivalent CGPA in their qualifying degree:
- Unreserved (General): 50%
- EWS & NC-OBC: 45%
- SC / ST / PwD: 40%

Selection Weightage & Final Merit Criteria: IIM Visakhapatnam evaluates candidates through a multi-factor merit index out of a 100-point composite score, structured as follows:

Aptitude Test Pattern & Exemption Options: Candidates without active CAT, GRE, or GMAT scores must take the IIMV Proctored Online Aptitude Test. The exam assesses three core competence areas:

A nominal application processing fee of ₹250 is payable online at the time of submission.
