- Qualifying Marks: Candidates generally need at least 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA (55% or 5.5 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD) in their qualifying degree.
- Direct Admission: B.Tech graduates from IITs with a CGPA of 8.0 or above are eligible for direct admission and are waived from the GATE score requirement.
