Last week NTA Extended the JEE Main phase 1 Application windows till Apr 05, 2022.
Incidentally, a large number of students have been requesting for a change of dates as the JEE dates were close to board exams and WBJEE exams.
This change in dates had a ripple effect on many other entrance exams for private Institutes like Vellore Institute of Technology and others .
According to Dr. G. Kalaichelvan, Director (UG Admission) “The clash of exam dates are additional stress factors for students. Like every year, lakhs of students apply to VITEEE and we have a commitment towards them. We acknowledge the challenges with dates, faced by the students and are carefully assessing the situation. We shall soon declare the revised dates for VITEEE so as to make them comfortable and stress-free. They should focus on the board exams now with peace of mind. VITEEE online application form is open for those who have not yet filled due to the clash of dates”.
Engineering students wishing to join Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), must appear for VITEEE 2022 – the annual entrance examination conducted by Vellore Institute of Technology for admissions to its campuses at Vellore, Chennai as well as its group universities at Bhopal and Amravati respectively.
Recently VIT declared a placement report for the B. Tech Batch 2022. More than 2000 students are placed in Cognizant.
