NEET PG 2024: The National Medical Commission has issued a notification regarding the conduction of NEET PG 2024 or the implementation of NExT Exam next year. In case the NExT 2024 does not take place, a tentative exam schedule for NEET PG 2024 has been provided. The National Medical Council (NMC) has invited comments from the stakeholders on Post Graduate Medical Regulations (PGMER) 2023.

NEET PG Admission 2024: The National Medical Commission on Wednesday issued a notification that provides some clarity on whether NEET PG 2024 will be conducted or if the NExT Exam will be implemented next year.
NEET PG to be Known as NeXT
As of now, the Council has not given a final notice on whether NExT or NEET PG will be conducted from next year. However, the exam — NExT or NEET PG — will be conducted in the month of March and results will be declared by the first week of April 2024.
NEET PG 2022 Counselling Mop-Up Round registration to begins
According to the official schedule, the first round of central counselling will be conducted from May 10 to 20 , 2024 and state counselling from May 20 to 31. The last of joining for round one will be May 31 for central counselling and June 5 for state counselling.
Second round of counselling for all India level will be held from June 1 to 10, 2024 and the last day of reporting will be June 20. For state counselling, it will be held from June 11 to 20 and the last date of joining is June 30 , 2024.
Round 3 and online stray vacancy round will be conducted during the month of July and initial days of August 2024. The classes will commence from July 1st 2024, but students will have time till August 10 to join their classes.
