Eligibility and Selection Procedure

To be eligible, candidates must hold a three-year bachelor’s degree (10+2+3) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent CGPA. Final-year students are also eligible to apply, but they must provide proof of meeting the eligibility criteria within three months of joining the program.

The selection process is based on a composite score calculated from multiple components:

Common Admission Test (CAT): 60%
Personal Interview (PI): 20%
Theme Development & Presentation (TDP): 10%
Academic Performance: 10%

An additional score of up to 10 points is awarded for relevant full-time work experience in a professional organization. The academic performance component is further weighted as follows:

Pre-Final Graduation: 50%
Class XII: 30%
Class X: 20%

For the MBA (Communications) program, a Portfolio Assessment Score (10% weight) is also considered, an in this case, the CAT score weight is reduced to 50%. The PI and TDP rounds are conducted at various centers nationwide.
