Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Degree: Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum Marks: A minimum aggregate of 50% marks in graduation is required for most participating programs, including SVKM’s NMIMS.
- Final Year Students: Candidates currently appearing for their final year undergraduate examinations are eligible to apply, provided they complete all graduation requirements within the specified timeline.
- Age Limit: There is no upper age limit to attempt the NMAT exam.

Exam Pattern & Structure
The NMAT is a computer-adaptive exam comprising 108 questions divided into three individually timed sections, with no negative marking:
- Language Skills: 36 questions | 28 minutes
- Quantitative Skills: 36 questions | 52 minutes
- Logical Reasoning: 36 questions | 40 minutes
- Total Duration: 120 minutes
