Reportedly, this is the highest average salary offered by any private University in India. Average salary offered by the NITs is around 20 Lakh per annum and leading deemed University is around 9 lakh per annum. This year more than 200 students were recruited for an average package of INR 1+ Crores.

NIT B Tech Placement 2023 is at a new high. Average Salary Jump
The students in the Class of 2022 were from diverse academic backgrounds like B. Tech – Computer Science (29%), as well as other streams (49%) – BCA & B.Sc in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Economics, Physics, and other non-technical streams. Of the 48 students eligible for placements, 44 got placed, one opted for higher studies, and three are in the placement process. A total of 53 offers were made by 39 participating organizations during the placements process.
VIT Placement 2023 Starts with a Bang with two 1.02 Crore offers
The highest offer acceptance was from Banking, Financial Services & Insurance sector (21%), followed by E-commerce (19%), Engineering Technology (17%), and IT & Education Tech (15% each). Established and reputed companies as well as new-age startups like Amazon, Apptio, Infoedge, tbo.com, HRS Group, XpressBees, Aakash Byju’s, Harappa, Senseforth.AI, and others recruited from the 3rd batch of TLP graduates. Data Science and Product Management Roles added up to 79% of the total offers.
