About Prof. (Dr.) Kulbhushan Balooni: He was Director of IIM Kashipur, He served as IIM Kozhikode’s Director (i/c) and IIM Amritsar as the first Mentor Director between September 2014 and June 2018, He done post-doctoral research at the University of Tokyo and doctoral research at the Reserve Bank of Endowment Unit, Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). He has been a visiting scholar at the National University of Singapore, the University of Copenhagen, the University of Tokyo, Uppsala University, and Wageningen University, among others.
