Programme-wise Placement Highlights, 2024:
MBA-General Programme:
- The MBA-General programme for the 2022-2024 batch achieved 100% placement, similar to the previous batch. The batch size for 2022-2024 stood at 368, slightly down from the 370 students in 2021-2023.
- The Average CTC for the 2022-2024 batch was Rs. 13.84 LPA, slightly lower than the Rs. 14.6 LPA offered to the previous batch. The Highest CTC saw a significant leap, reaching an outstanding Rs. 32.02 LPA, compared to Rs. 24.8 LPA for the 2021-2023 batch.
- The Average CTC for the Top 50 students reached Rs. 20.05 LPA, a marginal increase from Rs. 19.8 LPA the previous year. The Top 100 students secured an average CTC of Rs. 17.91 LPA, a slight improvement from Rs. 17.7 LPA in the previous batch. The Top 200 students recorded an Average CTC of Rs. 15.85 LPA, showing consistency with the previous batch’s Rs. 16.1 LPA.
- A total of 86 students received PPOs, with the average PPO CTC at Rs. 15.59 LPA, an increase from Rs. 14.3 LPA in the previous batch. The Highest PPO CTC was Rs. 32.02 LPA, a significant jump from Rs. 23.43 LPA in 2021-2023.
- The number of companies participating in the recruitment process also increased significantly, with 90 companies recruiting from the 2022-2024 batch, compared to 66 companies for the previous year.
MBA – Marketing Programme:
- The MBA Marketing Programme achieved 100% placements, a trend that continues from the previous batch itself, which also saw full placements.
- The Average CTC for the 2022-2024 batch stands at Rs. 13.35 LPA slightly dipping from last year’s Rs. 14.7 LPA. The Highest CTC for this year was Rs. 17.01 LPA, lower compared to last year’s Rs. 23.4 LPA.
- The average CTC of the Top 25% is Rs. 16.2 LPA, Top 50% is Rs. 14.98 LPA, though slightly lower than the previous year’s averages (Top 25% at Rs. 17.8 LPA and Top 50% at Rs. 16 LPA).

- The MBA-HRM programme has once again demonstrated its strong position in the job market, achieving a remarkable 100% placement rate for both the 2022-2024 and 2021-2023 batches. Here are the key highlights from the placement statistics:
- The 2022-2024 batch saw a significant increase in the number of students compared to the previous year, with 49 students participating, up from 23 in 2021-2023.
- The Average CTC stood at Rs. 12.77 LPA, at par with the previous year’s figure of Rs. 12.8 LPA. The Highest CTC for the 2022-2024 batch, however, surged significantly to Rs. 28.5 LPA, almost doubling from last year’s Rs. 15 LPA offered in 2021-2023.
- The Top 25% Average CTC for the 2022-2024 batch was Rs. 17.22 LPA, while the Top 50% Average CTC stood at Rs. 14.90 LPA, showcasing the competitive edge of the programme’s top-performing students.
- A total of 21 companies participated in the placement drive for the 2022-2024 batch, bringing a diverse range of opportunities across sectors.
- The placement season also highlighted impressive salary upturns for the 2022-2024 batch, with a 3.5 times increase in salary compared to previous earnings. Though slightly lower than the 4.2 times growth seen in 2021-2023.

MBA – BKFS Programme:
- The MBA in Banking and Financial Services (BKFS) programme has achieved a 100% placement record for the 2022-2024 batch; and successfully placed 51 out of 52 students. This consistent 100% placement rate mirrors last year’s success, where all 59 students from the 2021-2023 batch were placed.
- The Average CTC for the 2022-2024 batch stands at Rs. 12.97 LPA, slightly lower than last year’s Rs 15.7 LPA. The Highest CTC offered this year is Rs. 21.0 LPA, a marginal dip compared to the Rs. 22.3 LPA offered in the previous year.
- The top 25% CTC Average for the 2022-2024 batch was Rs. 17.44 LPA, whereas last year’s batch commanded a higher average of Rs. 20.9 LPA. Similarly, the Top 50% CTC average for the current batch was Rs. 15.46 LPA, compared to Rs. 18.6 LPA for the 2021-2023 batch.
- The placement season for 2022-2024 saw participation from 27 companies. For the 2022-2024 batch, the average salary uplift was an impressive 4.9 times compared to their pre-MBA salaries. While this is slightly lower than the 5.4 times salary increase seen in 2021-2023.
MBA-IB Programme:
- The MBA in International Business (MBA-IB) programme for the 2022-24 batch achieved 100% placement, with all 20 participating students securing job offers. Out of the 21 students enrolled in the MBA-IB programme, 20 students participated in the placement process.

Sector-wise Placement Highlights 2024: This year BFSI has been the sector of choice for students, with 38% of the total students opting for the BFSI sector. The placement percentage for this sector increased by 6% in comparison to last year, which was 32%. After BFSI, comes IT & Analytics with a total of 26% of students placed, dropping from 35%, last year. The next sector of importance is Consulting, which saw a placement percentage of 21% – with a 1% dip in comparison to last year, which was 22%.
