XIM University MBA MBF Admission 2021. Xavier University as XIM University opens application for its 2 year full time Master of Business Finance (MBF ) program for the batch 2021. Last date to apply is now July 31, 2021. Xavier University was established on July 6, 2013 as per the provisions of the Xavier University, Odisha Act, 2013. On 11th May 2021, the Xavier University, Odisha (Amendment) Act 2021 was passed in the Odisha Legislative Assembly.

Eligibility: B.Com (Accounting/Finance), or B.Sc. (Mathematics/Statistics), or B.A./B.Sc. (Economics), or B.Tech, or CA/CS/CMA, with at least 55% marks in aggregate, from a recognized University. Final year degree students, who expect to complete their final examinations and other requirements for obtaining the degree by June 15, 2021, can also apply.

Admission Test: Preferably, you should have appeared for any one of the following Admission tests: 1) XAT conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur on 3 January 2021, OR 2) CAT conducted by IIMs on 29 November 2020. OR 3) GMAT taken in 2019 or 2020. OR 4) X-GMT (Xavier General Management Aptitude Test) conducted by Xavier University, on 31 January 2021. OR 5) NMAT conducted by GMAC during November 2020 – February 2021. Registering for XAT/CAT/GMAT/NMAT is a prerequisite for applying to XIM University, if not opting for X-GMT.

Selection process: The Institute will decide the section-wise as well as overall cut-off marks which will be used for short-listing the candidates to be called for Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. WAT, GD & PI will be held in Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai. Candidates will have to meet their own travel expenses for appearing in the Interview session. The final selection will be made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the XAT/CAT/GMAT/X-GMT/NMAT as well as in the Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview (which factors in the past academic record and relevant work experience).
