- Minimum qualification for admission to the PGDM program at the Institute is three / four years bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST) in any discipline recognized by Association of Indian Universities.

- Candidates who have appeared for the final semester of their graduation degree examination for the academic year 2025–26 and are waiting for their results are also eligible to participate in the admission process, provided they have no backlogs. If selected, such candidates must successfully complete their graduation and submit their pass certificate with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) by 25th June 2026, to allow for timely verification and admission formalities. Only those candidates will be eligible for admission who are able to submit their marksheets for all the previous semesters.

About XISS: The Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS) was established as an extension department of St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi, in 1955 with the objective of training young men and women in Rural Development, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
