XISS Placement 2022: XISS, Ranchi final placement report for the PGDM Marketing, Financial Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), Rural Management and Information Technology (IT) for the Batch 2018-20 has been great despite slowing economy. Highest salary offered was INR 26.4 Lacs per annum which is a 100% jump from the previous year’s highest salary offer of Rs. 13.5 lacs per annum.

XISS Ranchi has opened applications for admissions to its 2year PGDM information Technology (IT) programme for the batch 2021-23. Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS) Ranchi has a legacy which is more than 500 years old. The Institute is managed and governed by the Society of Jesus – more popularly known as “Jesuits”.
