IIM A Final Placements 2024: Placement season at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad kicked off with corporates queing up for their annual talent hunt. A total of 38 firms participated in the first cluster of placements held in February over the weekend. Accenture Strategy, with 25 offers, emerged as the highest recruiter among all six cohorts of firms while a newbie, Elevation Capital, an early stage venture capital firm, came out as the recruiter paying the highest package to its recruits. The first cluster was held on Feb 06, 2024 and the 2nd cluster will be held on Feb 09, 2024

IIM MBA Placements 2024: vIIM Ahmedabad (Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad), Ranked No 1 management institutes in India by the NIRF Ranking 2023, is all set to commence the Final Placements for PGP (Post Graduate Program) and PGP-FABM (Food and Agriculture Business Management) program for the batch 2022 -2024. The placement process for PGP is scheduled to start from February 6, 2024.
The institute announced that it has witnessed exceptional participation from the leading firms as recruiting partners. Some of the participating firms include Microsoft, Amazon Finance, HCL Software, Navi Technologies, FinIQ and others. FinIQ, offering 11 positions, is the leading recruiter for this year’s placements.

The placements will be done in three clusters while following IIMA’s cluster-cohort-based placement approach.
- The first cluster is scheduled to be held on February 6, 2024
- The second is scheduled for February 9, 2024
- The third and final cluster is scheduled for Feb 12, 2024
According to a release issued by IIM A the six cohorts for this round of placement included investment banking and markets, management consulting, niche consulting, advisory consulting, cards and financial advisory, private equity, venture capital, and asset management.
Prominent recruiters include Oliver Wyman, BCG, McKinsey, Kearney, Strategy& Middle East, Goldman Sachs, Avendus Capital, Arpwood Capital, Barclays, Premji Invest, Elevation Capital, Arga Investment, and American Express.
The Final Placement process for the PGP class of 2024 is being held in three clusters. The second and third clusters are scheduled to be held over the coming two weekends respectively.
The entire placement process is being conducted in hybrid mode where the companies have the convenience of conducting the process virtually or physically.
The Final Placement Process for our PGP-FABM program is scheduled on February 9, 2024. It should also be mentioned that the 2024 class of PGP and PGP-FABM comprise 444 students including 397 PGP and 47 PGP-FABM students.
