IIM Indore : The Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) Board of Governors (BoG) has announced the reappointment of Prof. Himanshu Rai as the Director of the institute, extending his tenure for another five years.

With this reappointment, Prof. Himanshu Rai’s tenure will continue until December 31, 2028. Mr. Murugappan emphasized the transformative leadership of Prof. Rai, which has inspired generations of future leaders and earned IIM Indore prestigious international accreditations, including AMBA, AACSB, and EQUIS, making it a “Triple Crown” accredited institution.
Prof. (Dr.) Himanshu Rai emphasised his vision to take IIM Indore to new horizons through innovative initiatives and transformative endeavours. “I envision an IIM Indore that continues to be a trailblazer in academia, nurturing not only exceptional leaders but also responsible global citizens”, he said.

Under Prof. Rai, IIM Indore has achieved international accreditations, including the re-accreditation of AMBA, and getting the AACSB accreditation in 2019, and the re-accreditation from EQUIS in 2023. As per media report.
