The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK), a trailblazer in management education, and the Management Training Institute (MTI) of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), a Maharatna PSU and India’s largest government-owned steel producer, have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster collaboration in academic activities and human resource development (HRD) interventions.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Sanjay Dhar, Chief General Manager, MTI-SAIL, and Lt. Col. Julius George (Retd.), Head (Admin & HR), IIM Kozhikode. This partnership will enable both institutions to leverage their expertise for capacity-building, knowledge sharing, and skill enhancement.
