The students-led Social Service Group of the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM-K) is gearing up to commemorate International Women’s Day in a unique and impactful way. They are organizing ‘Aarogya’24,’ a free open-for-all medical camp open scheduled for March 9th, 2024, from 10 am to 5 pm at Civil Station Govt. UP School in Kozhikode, for the citizens of the city.
IIM Kozhikode SSG ‘Aarogya’24 aims to provide comprehensive healthcare services to the community, with a particular focus on women’s health issues. Registration forms are available at the Calicut Medical College and Beach Hospital, with spot registration also offered at the venue for added convenience.

Prof. Debashis Chatterjee, Director IIM Kozhikode, announced the Free Medical Camp here in the Campus today and added “Aarogya’24 is a testament to the spirit of social responsibility and community engagement fostered by IIM-Kozhikode. In collaboration with renowned healthcare institutions including MVR Cancer Centre, Baby Memorial Hospital, PVS Sunrise Hospital, and Puthalath Eye Hospital, Aarogya’24 promises a wide array of medical services to attendees.
Prof. Deepa Sethi, Dean and Faculty Coordinator of the Social Service Group at IIM-Kozhikode, expressed enthusiasm about the event, stating, “Aarogya’24 represents our commitment to serving the community, particularly in promoting health and well-being. By bringing together leading healthcare institutions, we aim to address pressing medical concerns and raise awareness about preventive healthcare.”
The services offered at Aarogya’24 cover various aspects of healthcare, including general health checkups, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, swelling examination, cataract screening, pediatric check-ups, cancer screenings, respiratory diseases, gynecological problems, and cardiac issues.
