Executive Post Graduate Programme (EPGP)  is a  2 Years programme in the Format of interactive learning (IL). The Executive Post Graduate Programme (EPGP-IL) at IIM Kozhikode is a two-year programme designed for working professionals, structured across seven quarters and three distinct modules.

The two-year MBA course is specially designed for working professionals who want to grow in their careers. This programme blends online classes with on-campus learning, giving learners the flexibility to study without leaving their jobs.

Dr. Prof. Chatterjee shared that the EPGP course helps people become strong leaders who have honesty,purpose, and a passion for learning. He added that the course is a perfect mix of theory and real-world skills, helping professionals from different backgrounds become future-ready.

The course includes 750 hours of learning, done through online interactive classes and three on-campus sessions. Students study core subjects like Marketing, Accounting, Finance, HR, and Strategy, along with electives like Digital Transformation and International Business.

Teaching is done through lectures, case studies, live projects, and assignments, led by experienced IIMK teachers and industry experts. Students also get access to IIMK’s strong alumni network of over 13,000 professionals

Eligibility

• A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate mark or equivalent CGPA.
• In case of an absence of a duly recognized bachelor’s degree, a candidate with a minimum aggregate percentage of 50 in CA/ICWA/CS can apply for the programme.
• The degree obtained from a foreign University subject to producing the equivalency certificate from AIU (Association of Indian Universities) or any Govt. of India approved assessment agency, or an Indian University approved by UGC along with the proof of aggregate percentage of marks obtained in the programme completed.
• 3 Full Years (1095 days) of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience after successful completion of graduation as on date of launch of application window for EPGP18 (21st April, 2025).
