The highest and average salary offered at IIM Ranchi last year was INR 32 LPA and INR 16.17 LPA respectively. The highest salary offered is Rs. 67 Lakhs per annum for the MBA batch 2023.

MBA HRM Placements 2023: Tangkhul, who lost his parents when he was still very young, completed his graduation from Mangalore and tried his luck in CAT. Hard work, and struggles got him into IIM-Ranchi where he is currently pursuing an MBA with a major in Marketing.

He will be reporting to the corporate office of Lagos, Nigeria in May 2023 for on-ground management training and study consumer behavior for one year. Once the training is completed, he will come back to the Singapore Corporate office in the role of a brand manager. While companies like Google, Microsoft etc are also present, 
they are domestic recruitment.

For the 253 students, a total of 77 recruiters participated in the placement process.
