JEE Main 2023: The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2023) application process will commence in November. The JEE Main 2022 registration will start from the third week of Nov 2022.

The engineering entrance Exam will be held in January 2023 and April 2023, as per the Times of India report. Candidates can apply for JEE Main 2023 on the official website. Last year, JEE Main was held in two sessions- session 1 from June 23 to 29 and session 2 from July 25 to 30. Around 9.5 lakh students appeared in JEE Main Exam 2022.

Multiple-choice questions (MCQs) will make up Section A of the examination, whereas questions in Section B will have to be answered with a number value. Section A gives four marks for each accurate response while deducting one mark for each wrong response. Candidates are expected to attempt any five of the 10 questions in section B.

As per the report, the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2023 application process will commence from February, the exam is scheduled to be conducted in the third week of April. Though earlier reports suggested that CUET will be held twice a year, the latest reports hinted that it will be held once a year. The Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan earlier hinted that there is no proposal to merge NEET, JEE Main and CUET.
