IIM Calcutta Placements 2024: The Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C) has concluded its placements for the flagship MBA programme with 100% placements. According to the Institute, 464 students took part in the process securing 529 offers from 194 recruiting partners.

IIM Calcutta Placement 2024: The highest package at this year’s placement for MBA programmes at Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta is Rs 1.2 crore, same as that of last year. As many as 194 companies took part in the placement programme and all 464 students have found placements. IIM-C, however, didn’t disclose the average salary this year.
Another IIM student bags 1 cr+ highest CTC this year . IIM Indore highest salary offer is Rs. 1 Crore per Annum and IIM Lucknow highest salary offer is Rs. 1.23 Crore per Annum.
Last Year, saw the participation of 190 firms and extended 573 offers to the batch of 465 students.

The Consulting Sector emerged as the Top Recruiter yet again with 167 students (31.6%) bagging the offers.
This year witnessed a new trend of firms offering roles in ‘Founder’s office’. These roles were offered by OLA, IndusInd Bank, Newme, ParkStreet, PoshN, Kofluence among others.
As per data received last year the students were given the “Hold and Wait” option and the dreams option across various clusters to maximise their opportunities and thus improving the student-recruiter fit for the variety of roles.

XLRI Summer Internship batch 2023-25: Highest stipend Rs. 7 Lakh
This year’s placement process included participation from a variety of sectors, including Consulting, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Product , offering roles in Sales and Marketing, ANalysis, Financial Risk and Advisory, COnsulting, Credit risk, Project Management, Wealth and Private Banking, and other fields have been offered to students.
Last year’s placement saw a Highest Salary offerings of Rs 1.15 Cr and Avg CTC : Rs 35.07 Lakh. This year’s detailed data is still awaited.
