As per leading newspapers, 88.39% of students passed the 12th board exams, a marginal increase from the previous year, and as per Examination Controller Sanyam Bhardwaj, girls have outshone boys by more than 5 percentage points. Out of 5,668 Children With Special Needs (CWSN) who appeared for the Class 12 exams, 5,280 successfully passed, recording an outstanding pass percentage of 93.15%. Notably, 290 students scored above 90%, while 55 students secured marks above 95%, reflecting their exceptional resilience and academic excellence.
To curb unhealthy competition among students, CBSE has chosen not to prepare or announce any merit list. Additionally, the Board does not award first, second, or third divisions. However, Merit Certificates will be awarded to the top 0.1% of students who achieve the highest marks in each subject. These certificates will be accessible through the students’ DigiLocker accounts.
