JEE Advanced 2025 Exam Date: The exam will consist of two papers—Paper 1 from 9 am to 12 noon and Paper 2 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Both papers, each three hours long, are mandatory for all candidates.

The JEE Advanced 2025 syllabus has already been released on the official website. Additionally, the exam’s information brochure, covering eligibility criteria, application fees, exam pattern, and marking scheme, will be available soon.
The Joint Admission Board (JAB) has restored the earlier eligibility rule, limiting candidates to two attempts for JEE Advanced. The earlier allowance for a third attempt has been removed to streamline opportunities.
In a meeting of JAB held on 15 November 2024, it was decided that the eligibility criteria adopted before 2013 will be reinstated. All other eligibility criteria remain the same. The age limit is for candidates born on or after 1 October 2000. Five years age relaxation is given to SC, ST and PWD candidates who must have been born on or after 1 October 1995. Other eligibility for JEE Advanced 2025 will remain the same.

To qualify for JEE Advanced, students must clear JEE Main 2025 and rank among the top 2,50,000 candidates in the BE/BTech category.
